Payments

The villas will be constructed and delivered within 10 months after the date of payment for the land plot and the first advance payment..
The buyer will have the maximum time of 18 months for the construction of his villa. In case if the client does not respect provided payment dates, the works on the site will be suspended.

Payments for the villas will have to be effectuated considering the work progress, as follows:

1. Upon signing the contract, 100% payment of the land and 30% deposit of the value of the house;

2. 60 days after the first payment, deposit of a further 20%;

3. 60 days after the second payment, deposit of a further 20%;

4. 60 days after the third payment, deposit of a further 20%;

5. Upon transfer of property of the house and land, payment of the balance 10%;
