The villas will be sold, including kitchens, wardrobes and sanitary bathrooms. All the furniture will be imported directly from Italy and assembled by Italian workers. The furniture of the villas will be of a standard type; anyway customer may order additional and optional furniture with a slight overprice. The company TGHV will provide a two-years garantee on the supplied products. In our Sosua warehouse will be stored all the necessary spare parts to ensure over time, the proper functioning of the supplied products.

KITCHENS
By our project, the kitchens will be in wood or lacquered finishing, with a colour choosed by the customer. The kitchens are supplied with sink, tap and one door refrigerator. On customer's request, as optional, could be included different accessories, choosed by catalogues in our representative office.

WARDROBES
The wardrobes will be with a tickness side of 25 mm. and equipped with hangers and a chest of drawers. On request, as optional, wardrobes could be completed with more interior fittings.

SANITARY BATHROOM
In the villas are included toilet, bidet and sink in white ceramic: they may be in the suspended or ground version. The customer will have the possibility to choose the products among different series. The taps will be in chromed or satin brass, manufactured in Italy.

OPTIONALS
The society TGHV on customer's request, will provide all the necessary furniture to complete the interior of the villa. In Sosua representative office, the customer could choose beds, sofas, tables, chairs, armchairs, TV furniture, libraries, outdoor furniture, lamps, carpets, curtains, in order to complete entirely the interior of the villas.
