Who we are and what we do
The Green Hills Village is a construction company that will build the residential complex containing 23 luxury villas, submerged in the nature of Sosua. The company, consisting of Italian and local staff , will operate in the real estate sector, providing the know-out acquired during 30 years of professional and commercial experience. The village will be built close to wonderful beaches, the International American School (www.issosua.com), and only a few meters away from the International American Clinic (www.centromedicocabarete.com). The villas will be constructed with the use of high-quality products imported directly from Italy, executed in modern style and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, thanks to the use of natural materials.
History
The founders of The Green Hills Village have been working in the luxury real estate sector for over 30 years. They have started operating in the construction sector in 1980, working in both private and public construction organizations.
During these years, they have developed strong operational capacity abroad thanks to the experience gained in the markets of Italy, Russia, France, and Switzerland. After several years of their presence in the Dominican Republic in the role of tourists, the founders of TGHV have decided that the moment has come to become the market player also in the Caribbean. That was when they came up with the idea to build villas conforming to high standards of European quality, from technology and design points of view. Imported products and works carried out by Italian staff will serve as the guarantee that the project will be effectuated not only in conformity with high quality standards, but will be built to last and will require minimum maintenance costs.
